Nima is the legal affairs expert and co-founder of LinkFacility. Her decade long experience as a banker for the Credit Agricole in Djibouti, East Africa, helped Nima accrue invaluable insights about the challenges in emerging economies related to business set-up, commercial and jurisdictional risks.
At LinkFacility, she shares her indelible know-how of the world of global entrepreneurship with a solution-driven mindset, analytical attitude and a globalist outlook.
Having lived, studied and worked in 6 countries across 4 continents, she blends her solid financial background with legal insights from both emerging and developed markets to tailor make solutions for businesses from an international standpoint.
While formulating entrepreneurship solutions, Nima approaches business risk management with due diligence, rigorous compliance standards and a thorough knowledge of the regulatory framework of the target market.
Nima is a double degree Honours graduate of Bachelor of Law (L.LL) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a specialisation in International Law from the University of Ottawa, Canada.

From her conception of Boosting Business in 2008, Trine Nielsen’s success with the brand bureau in her homeland of Denmark inspired her to aid and teach professionals and entrepreneurs, helping them realise their truest potential and become an authority in their fields. A visionary strategist, Trine has co-founded LinkFacility in 2016 in Qatar, to further her ambition of providing guidance and changing mindsets in relation to networking and personal branding. As an industry insider for over two decades, her passion and expertise in establishing impactful brand identities has strengthened her belief that communication is the single most powerful tool in business and for people.
Trine has also co-founded ‘Women in Business’, one of the most sought-after professional networks for women in Denmark.
With LinkFacility, she is constantly focussed on advocating entrepreneurial business growth solutions across the world along with international strategic networking, market positioning, and business growth.
Being a Board of Directors member in the MDBC (Malaysian Danish Business Council), Trine aspires to build a level playing field for individuals and SMEs while creating more awareness about the Danish industry in Malaysia where she is based. As a result of her success,
Trine has been the recipient of the prestigious Malaysia Women Icon in 2019, awarded for her excellence, influence and her innovative approach to global entrepreneurship.
An MBA in Human Resources and an Organisational Psychology post graduate, Paramita is creatively inclined with a passion for content creation, digital media and understanding consumer behaviour.
With a background in teaching and writing, Paramita is in charge of creating engaging content for the LinkFacility community and beyond.
As the office administrator, Sheila brings an extensive experience in client support and vendor management, and provides consistent clerical support to all stakeholders.
Friendly, confident, meticulous and well-organized, Sheila is the backbone of LinkFacility office and administration.

An expert in intercultural training, Karin brings with her a rich and diverse experience in large Norwegian companies the field of change management. She has extensive knowledge in leadership, relationship management, global sourcing, product management, IT sourcing and consular work.
With her passion for learning about new cultures and having lived in England, Belgium, India, Ukraine, Germany, Tanzania, France and Malaysia; Karin started her firm Ellis Culture in 2011 venturing full time into developing and conducting intercultural training.
She has also authored two books ‘Working with Norwegian’ and ‘Applying for jobs in Norway’ to help expats navigate their way into the Norwegian job market.
