Before we start working on the corporate brand strategy, we make sure we have identified a competitive positioning strategy - the brand strategy will bring the brand to life!  

Together with the competitive positioning strategy, the brand strategy is the essence of what the corporate represent. During the competitive positioning strategy process we will: 

  • List the features and benefits 
  • Identify which benefits of the corporate concept and service that are most important to each of the customer segments are emotional. We then look at the emotional benefits and boil them down to one thing that your customers should think of when they think of you
  • Develop an avatar to think of the corporate brand as a person with a distinct personality, and describe him or her, to convey these brand personality traits in your brand personality, story and positioning statements 
  • Develop an avatar that constitutes core elements in the corporate customer profile, and by the avatar define a communication style that appeals to the customers 
  • Write positioning statements and a story about the corporate brand; use this brand messaging throughout all company materials
  • Choose colors, fonts and other visual elements that match the corporate personality and create its corporate identity. 
  • Determine how staff members will interact with prospects and customers to convey the personality and make sure the brand “lives” within the company.
